Sandwiched between new highrise blocks, areas of regeneration and the First Avenue complex including Home Mcr is an area surrounding the former Hotspur Press.  The Hotspur Press itself has become derelict with nearby buildings also in disrepair.

decay aims to show disrepair and abandonment, contrasting with the manner in which nature is looking to claim back the area.
